In 2022 I started as Lead UX Designer at Staffyou, a flex work platform. In a year's time I designed a new app and a client platform. From research to design, I've been involved in everything. With success, the new app is highly appreciated by users and the client platform has successfully passed the user tests. As Lead UX Designer I gave advice on various topics within the company and ensured that the UX services were streamlined.
2022/2023
During the design of the app we ensured all user needs were defined and problems were resolved in this new UI. The register process was much faster which allowed users to find shifts they could like within a few clicks.
We ensured the complete process was optimized in User Experience. At the same time we needed to create a flexible shell to make sure every shift from every employer would be showcased correctly. By adding image banners we improved the look and feel of shifts to increase the engagement.
